What we have designed for
- Semantic headings and landmarks with one logical page heading.
- Keyboard navigation, visible focus, and a skip link.
- Labels, instructions, validation, and live status messages for the contact form.
- Colour contrast, readable text, responsive reflow, and zoom.
- Reduced-motion preferences and content that does not depend on colour alone.
- Plain language and Canadian English.
Known limitations
The website and Catalyst are evolving. We may not yet have tested every combination of browser, device, and assistive technology. Third-party content or services may have limitations outside our direct control. We track confirmed barriers and prioritize repairs based on impact.
Request an alternative or report a barrier
Email accessibility@teravanceintelligence.ca. Tell us which page or task caused difficulty and what format or accommodation would help. Do not include confidential records. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days.
Technical approach
The public site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, standards-based HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, while keeping essential content available if scripting fails. Security controls should provide accessible alternatives whenever practical.
