This website provides general information about Teravance Intelligence, Business Technology Care, and Catalyst. Using the public website does not create a client, employment, partnership, fiduciary, or professional-adviser relationship.

2. No offer or guarantee

Service descriptions, availability, timeframes, and indicative outcomes are informational. Work begins only under a separate written agreement defining scope, price, responsibilities, and acceptance. Catalyst capabilities labelled testing or planned are not promises of present availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, savings, error-free operation, or a particular business result.

3. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, scrape, circumvent, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to this website, the contact service, Catalyst, or related systems. Good-faith security research should follow our security reporting process.

4. Contact submissions

Submit accurate information that you are authorized to provide. Do not send passwords, banking or payment data, health records, government identification, or other confidential records through the public form. A submission is not an emergency or support ticket and does not obligate either party to proceed.

Website text, design, branding, and original materials are owned by Teravance Intelligence or used under licence. You may view and print reasonable copies for personal business evaluation, but may not republish or commercially exploit them without written permission.
