Frequently asked questions

Know what to expect before we begin.

How long does a website take?

The timeline depends on the agreed scope, how quickly content and approvals are supplied, and whether special features are required. Your written proposal will include the expected schedule before work begins.

What do I need to provide?

We will normally need accurate information about your business, services, customers, brand materials, photographs or approved imagery, and timely feedback. We will identify the exact requirements during discovery.

Who prepares the website content?

The proposal will state what Teravance will prepare and what you must supply. You are responsible for checking that all published descriptions, claims, prices, qualifications, and other business information are accurate.

Who is responsible for legal content?

We can provide and format agreed legal-page layouts, but we do not provide legal advice. You are responsible for obtaining professional advice where needed and approving the final content.

What counts as a minor monthly update?

A minor update is a small change to existing text, an image, business hours, or similar content that fits within the monthly care allowance. New pages, redesigns, integrations, and substantial rewrites are quoted separately.

Can you improve an existing website?

Possibly. We first assess whether improving the existing site is dependable and economical. If rebuilding is the better choice, we will explain why and preserve worthwhile content where practical.

Will the website work on mobile devices?

Yes. Responsive behaviour across current common screen sizes is part of design and testing.

What happens if I need more pages or features?

Tell us what the business needs to accomplish. We will assess the request and provide a written change or separate proposal before additional work begins.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is provided in a written proposal because the correct scope depends on the business, content, features, and care required. No paid work begins until responsibilities, scope, timeline, and price are agreed.
